Chicken With Lemon and Soy Sauce
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast 1 egg white beaten 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 T Canola Oil 3T lemon juice 3 T soy sauce
Pound chicken breastsuntil they are uniform in size.
Dip into egg and then bread crumbs.
Heat oil n a large skillet. Add chicken and saute on both sides until almost golden brown. Combine lemon juice and soy sauce and add to skillet. Cover and cook 5-10 minutes until just tender
