Stephs Mini Chicken Baseballs

4 Ounces Fat Free Cream Cheese -- softened
4 Teaspoons Light Margarine
4 Tablespoons Skim Milk
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
1/8 Cup Chopped Celery -- (Finely Chopped)
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion -- (Finely Chopped)
1/2 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
12 1/2 ounces Canned Chicken Breast(original called for reg chicken,but I had a lazy night and had canned in the cupboard.)
10 Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits
1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs(optional)
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.Spray Muffin Tin with Non Stick Cooking Spray,Set Aside.Melt your Cream Cheese, Butter, Pepper, Milk,Celery and Minced Garlic in a skillet over med. low heat,stirring frequently,till Cream Cream Cheese and other ingredients are well combined and melted. Pour mixture over chicken and stir.Push one Biscuit into the hole of the muffin cups and work up muffin cup wall with fingers. Spoon 1/4 mixture into center of each Biscuit in Muffin Cup.Top Each Muffin Chicken Mixture with Bread Crumbs.( I start with a pinch so each gets about the same amount.Cook for 20-30 minutes untill Biscuits are golden brown.
