Marmalade Pork Chops
cooking spray 1 teaspoon olive oil 4 4oz lean boneless pork loin chops, trimmed 2 teaspons lemon pepper seasoning 2 tablespoons cider vinegar 1/4 cup low sugar orange marmalade
1: Coat a large nonstick skilled with cooking spray, add oil and place over medium-high heatuntil hot. Sprinkle chops on both sides with lemon-pepper seasoning, add chops to skillet and cook 5 minutes on each side or until done. Remove from pan and keep warm. 2: Add vinegar to skillet, stir in marmalade. Return chops to skillet turning once to coat, cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated. Serve immediately.
