Crab Alfredo
Servings 6 Points 6 2 Tbsp margarine 1/2 large sweet red pepper(s) 1 medium onion(s) 2 clove garlic clove(s) 2 1/4 oz olive(s) 8 oz Louis Kemp Seafood Co. Crab Delights Fat Free Imitation King Crabmeat Flake Style 3 Tbsp Wondra Flour 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 8 oz uncooked pasta 12 oz fat-free evaporated milk
Instructions
Dice onion, mince garlic and sliver red pepper. The black olives come in a small can already sliced. Cook the pasta of your choice (I used bow ties but penne would work very well also). Drain and keep warm. In a large skillet, melt the margarine. Add the red pepper and onion and saute till they are soft. Add the garlic and cook a few minutes more. Sprinle with the Wondra flour. Slowly pour in the canned milk. Add the Parmesan cheese and heat till the cheese melts. Add the crab and the sliced black olives. Stir well. Add the warm pasta and heat but do not boil.
