Crab Rangoon with wontons
Pts: 1 point per piece
1 medium egg white(s) 8 oz light cream cheese 7 oz canned crabmeat 1 tsp ginger 1 medium garlic clove(s) 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tbsp minced fresh cilantro (optional) 30 won ton wrappers Spray oil or PAM
Spray a cookie sheet with PAM. mix all ingredients but the wonton wrappers in a bowl. Fill wrappers and pinch tops. (About 1 tbsp per wonton). Set on cookie sheet and spray tops with PAM.
Bake 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees.
