Chinese Style Noodles and Steak Source: WW Dinner for Two Points: 10 Servings: 2 (2 C. each)
8 oz. steak 1 C. Green onions 1 tsp. Dark Sesame Oil 2 C. Cabbage Slaw mix (In the salad aisle) 2 pkgs. beef flavored ramen noodles 1 1/2 C. Water 1 Tbsp. Light Soy sauce
Directions: Put 1/2 tsp. of the oil in pan and sautee steak and green onions for approx. 1-2 mins or until Steak is done. Take out of skillet and keep warm. Take the other 1/2 tsp. of oil and add to pan and add the cabbage slaw mix into pan sautee for approx. 30 seconds. Take out and keep warm. Add the water and 1 pkg. of the seasoning mix from ramen noodles. Bring water to a boil and add broken ramen noodles. Cook until noodles are soft or until most of the water is absorbed. Add the steak and cabbage mixture to the pan with ramen noodles and heat through.
