Orange Rasberry Crepes

1/2 c. whole wheat flour 3/4 c. skim milk 1 egg 1 1/2 c. fresh rasberries 1 Tbsp. orange zest 1 orange peeled and chopped 1Tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. corn starch 1 Tbsp. cold water powdered sugar for dusting
combine flour, milk, orange zest and egg with a wisk. heat 1/2 of the rasberries, orange, and brown sugar in a small sauce pan over medium heat. combine corn starch and water and add to fruit mixture. bring to a boil and simmer til slightly thickened. to make the crepes, use a small frying pan and spray cooking spray in between each one. this should make 8 crepes. fill each crepe with remaining rasberries and roll them up. top with fruit syrup and dust with powdered sugar.
