Razzamatazz Smoothie
1 Cup cold fat free milk or soy milk 1/4 cup fat free half & half 2 T. Splenda grandular 1/4 tsp. almond extract 1 1/2 cups frozen unsweetened red raspberries or mixed berries
In blender container, combine milk, half & half, Splenda, and almond extract. Cover and process on blend for 15 seconds. Ad berries. Re-cover and process on blend for 20-25 seconds or until mixture is smooth. Evenly pour into 2 glasses. Serve at once. 108 Cal. 0 gm. fat 6 gm. fiber per serving for 1 pt. per serving.
