Tropical Five Fruit Blast (serves 2):
1 large banana, peeled and cut into pieces 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and diced 1/2 cup peeled and diced mango 1/2 cup peeled and diced papaya 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice 3 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients into the blender and whip until smooth.
Per serving: 195 calories, 3g protein, 1g fat, 48g carbohydrates, 2g fiber
