Light "Red Lobster" Cheese Biscuits
2 cups Reduced Fat Bisquick 3/4 cup fat-free Buttermilk 3/4 cup 2% Cheddar Cheese
Topping - 2 TB fat-free Margarine 1/4 tsp. Parsley Flakes 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix Bisquick, buttermilk and cheese together make 12 drop biscuits on a cookie sheet, sprayed with Pam Butter Cooking Spray. Bake for 15-20 minutes as ovens vary. Mix topping ingredients and melt in microwave. Brush on biscuits immediately after removing them from the oven. One biscuit equals 2 weight watcher points.
