No-Bake Chocolate Crackles
3 oz. semisweet chocolate 2 cups crispy rice cereal 2 graham crackers,(5 in. by 2 1/2 in each) broken into pieces
In 2 qt. glass bowl melt chocolate on high. Add cereal and crackers; stir until coated. Drop on wax paper lined cookie sheet by 1/3 cup measure. With fingers shape into rounded mound if necessary. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Store cookies tightly covered at room temperature.
