Crunchy Peanut Butter Trail Mix Cups! (60 calories, 1g fat, 10g carbs, <1g fiber, 1g protein)
Ingredients:
1 pkg. Sugar Free Fat Free Jell-O Chocolate Pudding 1 container Cool Whip Free 1/4 cup Crum Creek Brilliantly Blended Soy Nut Mix 1 Tbsp. Reduced Fat Crunchy Peanut Butter
Empty pudding mix packet into a large mixing bowl, add 3 oz. warm water, and stir into a chocolate paste. Place the peanut butter in another bowl and warm in microwave for about 6 - 8 seconds. Add 1 Tbsp. of Cool Whip Free to the peanut butter and mix. Then add the peanut butter mixture to the chocolate paste. Stir Crum Creek Brilliantly Blended Soy Nut Trail Mix into the chocolatey mixture. Fold remaining Cool Whip Free in in (you don't need to mix it completely in-- the marble effect is cool). Spoon mixture into cupcake holders in a muffin tin. Freeze. Makes 12 crunchy-cool cups!
