Peanut Butter Pudding Serves: 4 Serving size: 1/2 cup (112 Calories 3g Fat 1g Fiber)
1-3/4 cup skim milk 2 Tbsp reduced fat creamy peanut butter 1 small pkg sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix
Whisk milk and peanut butter until blended. Add pudding mix and whisk for 2 minutes, until it begins to thicken. Spoon into dishes and refrigerate until set, about 5 minutes.
Serving Ideas: top with a dollop of whipped topping and a drizzle chocolate sauce; or serve w/ fresh fruit (banana, apple or berries)
