Apple Cider Crisp

1/3 Cup All-Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Quick Cooking Oats
3 Tablespoons Reduced-Calorie Margarine
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
7 cups Apples (approx 7 medium) -- (cored,peeled,sliced)
1/3 cup Apple Cider
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a blender or food processor; pulse 4 times or until crumbly. set aside
3. combine apple and next 5 ingredients in a large bowl; toss gently to combine. spoon apple mixture into an 9x13 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with crumb mixture. bake at 375 for 40 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm : yield 8 servings (serving size about 3/4 cup)

NOTES : I combined 2 different recipes and came up with this.The originally recipe used a 8inch baking dish,I opted to put it in a 9x13.There wasn't a abundence of the crumble top,but just enough to keep this a delious low point treat!!
