Spinach Dip
Points 1 Servings 12
1 cup fat-free sour cream 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt 3 oz vegetable soup mix 1/2 pound chopped frozen spinach 1/2 cup canned water chestnuts 1 medium carrot(s) 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Thaw and squeze dry 1 package of frozen spinach. Chop the water chestnuts and shredd the carrot. Mix all of the ingredients together and chill for an hour. Serve with veggies or rye bread.
