Mac and Cheese 4 servings 4 points
8 oz of macaroni cooked and drained 1 tbsp of flour 1 tbsp of butter 1 can of chicken broth 1/2 can of undiluted cheese soup 4 oz of Velveeta Lite salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp of mustard powder
Melt butter in saucepan. Whisk flour into butter. Whisk smooth and add chicken broth. Whisk again and add velveeta. Whisk until melted and creamy, add salt and pepper and mustard powder. Pour over macaroni in baking dish (I used an 8x8) Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
