Cool Veggie Pizza
1 package reduced fat crescent rolls 1 package nonfat cream cheese -- softened 1 tablespoon nonfat mayonnaise 1 clove garlic -- pressed 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning -- or dill weed Salt and pepper to taste 2 cups fresh mixed vegetables such as -- bell peppers, broccoli cauliflower, cucumber, green onions, tomato, mushrooms, carrot and zucchini
Preheat oven to 350°F. Unroll crescent dough; separate into 8 triangles. On large baking stone, arrange triangles in a circle with points in the center and wide ends toward the outside. Use a roller to roll dough to a 12-inch circle, pressing seams together to seal. Bake 12-15 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove from oven; cool completely.
In bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, garlic, and seasonings. Mix well. Spread onto crust.
Slice or dice veggies and sprinkle over pizza. Cut into squares with pizza cutter.
This recipe yields 10 servings. 3 points per serving (110 calories; 3.5 g fat; 5 mg cholesterol; 13 g carbs; 5 g protein, 310 mg sodium; 0 fiber)
