Blue Cheese-Buttermilk Dressing
1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar 1 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions 1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl; stir with a whisk until blended. Stir in onions and cheese.
Yield: 1 1/2 cups (serving size: 1/4 cup)
