Caramel Apple Salad
Servings: 5 Points per serving: 3
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 14 ounces crushed pineapple in juice -- (20 oz) 1 package SF/FF instant butterscotch pudding 5 apples -- diced 8 ounces Cool Whip Free
Cut apples in chunks. Do not peel. Stir into pineapple (don't drain the pineapple). The juice keeps the apples from browning. Sprinkle pudding into cool whip and stir all together.
