Red Cabbage and Apple Salad Serves 4 (2 points)
1/2 small red cabbage, finely shredded 3 Delicious or Golden Delicious apples, cored and coarsely shredded 1/4 - 1/3 cup fat-free french dressing
In a large bowl, place cabbage and apples. Add dressing; toss to evenly coat. Chill slightly. Makes 4 servings Per serving: 118 calories; 1 g protein; 0 g fat; 0 mg cholesterol; 29 g carbohydrates; 154 mg. sodium, 5 g fiber. FROM: Fat-Burning Foods Cookbook
