Sloppy Joes 1lb of ground chicken or lean ground beef 1 can of rotel diced tomatos w/ green chilies 1 onion 1 can diet coke 1 cup ketchup
Brown the chicken with the onion,drain add the dices tomatos,diet coke and ketchup and then cook till desired thickness of sauce.Serves 12 @ 2pts each(I use 1/4 cup for each bun)Don't forget to add points for your bun.
