Broiled Chicken Sandwich with Sauteed Veggies
Servings 4 Points 7
4 4oz boneless chicken breasts 3 tbsp. Just 2 Good Italian Salad Dressing 4 Multi-grain Hamburger rolls 2 medium zucchini 1 large onion 6 cloves garlic 2 cups mushrooms fat free non stick cooking spray 2 Tbsp. Gulden's spicey brown mustard 8 baby spinach leaves 1 large tomato
pour salad dressing in bowl and set aside. pound chicken to 1/4" thickness and place in bowl with salad dressing turning to coat. Marinate for 1/2 hour. Chop all vegetables. Spray large skillet with fat free non-stick spray and heat over medium heat. Add veggies to skillet and keep turning. Broil chicken turning 1/2 way through. About 5 minutes each side. Toast rolls. Serve chicken on rolls with mustard, tomatoe and lettuce. Veggies on the side.
