Chicken "Fajita" Sandwich
Servings 1 Points 5
1 3oz chicken breast 1/2 red pepper 1/2 small onion 1/2 lime 1 small pita salsa
Heat nonstick pan. Spray with cooking spray. Slice chicken and stir fry. Slice red pepper and add to chicken. Slice onion and add to pan when red pepper is slightly softened. Cook until chicken is brown and vegetables are crisp/tender. Squeeze lime onto chicken and veggies. Cut pita open and toast. Pile chicken mixture on pita to make a sandwich. Add salsa to taste. Enjoy!
