Veggie Cream Cheese Pita
1 Thomas' Sahara Multi-Grain pita bread (2 pts) 3 Tbsp light vegetable cream cheese (2 pts) approx 6 green olives, sliced (1 pt) sliced cucumber (1/4 cup) alfalfa sprouts (1/2 cup)
Slice pita in half, spread cream cheese inside each pocket. Stuff with sliced cucumber, olives, and sprouts. Serves 1 5 pts total
