Tartar Sauce
1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish 1 tablespoon chopped pimiento-stuffed olives 1 tablespoon capers 1 tablespoon grated shallots 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
Stir together all ingredients. Cover and chill 2 hours.
Yield: 1 1/4 cups (serving size: 1 tablespoon)
