Mad Mex Nachos Serving Size : 10
8 ounces Italian sausage -- casings removed 10 ounces corn tortillas 16 ounces refried beans -- canned 1 cup picante sauce 1 cup diced tomatoes 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese -- shredded
1. Cook sausage until brown and crumbly; drain and keep warm.
2. Place tortillas on baking sheet.
3. Combine picante sauce and beans in sauce pan; heat until warm; stirring occasionally.
4. Spoon bean mixture over tortillas.
5. Top with sausage, tomatoes and cheese.
6. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
