Quick Nachos with Chile Con Queso Dip Serving Size : 4
4 ounces baked tortilla chips 16 ounces fat-free refried beans 1 cup Chile Con Queso Dip -- warmed 2 cups iceberg lettuce -- shredded 1/4 cup green onions -- sliced 1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
1. Place chips on a large serving platter.
2. Heat refried beans according to label directions, and spread warm beans over chips.
3. Pour Chile Con Queso Dip over beans, and top with lettuce, green onions, and sour cream.
