Nacho Nachos Serving Size : 8
1 can nonfat refried beans 3/4 cup salsa 2 cups nonfat cheddar cheese 8 ounces baked tortilla chips
1. Combine beans and salsa; mix well.
2. Arrange 4 ounces of tortillas chips in a single layer on baking sheet. Top with 1/2 the bean mixture and half the cheese.
3. Arrange remaining tortillas chips on top. Top with remaining bean mixture and cheese.
4. Bake at 350 degrees F until cheese is melted and beans are hot.
