Glazed Popcorn Treat
2 cups prepared Plain Popcorn, hot 2 tbs Raisins, chopped 2 Dried Apricot Halves, chopped 1 Date, pitted and chopped 1 tsp Sunflower Seeds 2 tsp Margarine 2 tsp firmly packed Light Brown Sugar
In serving bowl combine first 5 ingredients; set aside. In a small skillet melt margarine over low heat; add sugar and stir until sugar is melted. Pour over popcorn mixture and toss until popcorn is coated. Makes 2 servings.

Per Serving: 137 Calories; 5g Fat (30.5% calories from fat); 2g Protein; 23g Carbohydrate; 2g Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; 48mg Sodium.
