Cinnamon Triangles
Serves 6 Serving size: 5 triangles
2 tsp sugar 1/8 tsp cinnamon 15 wonton wrappers 1-1/2 tsp reduced-fat tubstyle margarine
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray a small baking sheet with nonstick spray coating. Set aside.
2. In a custard cup, mix together the sugar and cinnamon. Cut 15 wonton wrappers in half to form triangles, and lay them on the baking sheet.
3. With your finger or the back of a spoon, brush the top of each wrapper with margarine, dividing it evenly. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the top of each wrapper, diving evenly.
4. Bake in the center of the oven for 3-4 minutes or until golden. Cool slightly before serving. Leftovers can be wrapped tightly and kept at room temperature for up to a week.
