Portabello Onion Soup

Ingredients: 1 lb portabello mushroom* -- coarsely chopped 1 cup red wine 2 cloves garlic* -- fresh, pressed 1 large Vidalia onion -- chopped 1 T Worcestershire * -- low sodium 2 T Hormel crumbled bacon bits 3 cups vegetable broth* -- fat free low sodium
Directions:
Spray crockpot with Pam. Add everything and cook on low, 8 hours or so. I add 1 T Parmesan cheese to my serving and count another point.
