1 pound leanest ground turkey (95%)
1 onion -- chopped
2 cloves minced garlic -- (2 to 3)
1 1/2 cups celery (not too finely chopped) -- (350 ml)
1 15 oz can tomato sauce -- (420 grm)
1 4 oz can diced green chiles -- (112 grm)
1 15 oz can stewed tomatoes -- (420 grm)
4 16 oz cans of beans (mix or match: pinto) -- (448 grm) kidney, black)
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
2 tsp cumin -- (10 ml)
16 oz bag frozen white corn -- (448 grm)
Brown turkey, adding onions, garlic and celery about halfway through.
Add the remaining ingredients one by one.
Do not drain anything, just dump.
Heat through.
Simmer for awhile if you like.
