Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 whole chicken (stewing) -- frozen 2 cups carrots -- chopped 1 medium onion -- chopped 3 cups celery -- chopped 2 tablespoons minced garlic 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 tablespoon parsley 12 ounces Reames Home Style Noodles -- prepared 4 cups fat-free chicken broth
Stew (or boil) your whole frozen chicken for approximately 1 hour, let stand to cool in pot for an hour.
Meanwhile chop veggies and place in crock pot w/the rest of the ingredients (except the Reames Noodles) on low.
When chicken is cool enough to work with, de-skin and de-bone it.
Put meat into pot with veggies.
Cook Reames noodles according to package directions, drain and add to chicken and veggies.
