Canned tomatoes can be used instead of fresh ones(2 28oz cans). I usually double this so I can share with the family, or eat all week. If doubled, use only 1 1/2 cups of water.
Once you make it, add as much of the spices as you like, they are all Core.
You can also cook this as long as you like.
Ingredients 1 pound uncooked ground turkey breast 2 cup water 6 large tomato(es) 5 medium scallion(s) 1 clove garlic clove(s) 1/2 Tbsp chili powder 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp table salt 1/2 tsp black pepper Instructions Brown turkey breast with water in large skillet. Finely chop tomatoes, scallions, and garlic clove. Mix in spices. Add to cooked turkey breast and simmer on medium heat for 45 minutes. Serves 3
