Porcupine Meatballs
3/4 lb. lean ground beef 1 cup skim milk 1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice 1 medium onion 1 cup bread crumbs salt and pepper
mix together- roll meatballs place in slow cooker
Then mix one can of FF cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup of skim milk pour over the meatballs. cook on low for 5 hours Enjoy- serves 5 140 calories per serving 9 grams total fat 1 gram fiber
