Chicken CrockPot Pie
Servings: 6 Points: 5 Per Serving 1 pound chicken breast halves -- frozen frozen mixed vegetables 16 ounces cream of mushroom soup 1 cup egg noodles 1 cup bisquick® baking mix 1/2 cup skim milk 1/4 cup egg beaters® 99% egg substitute
Layer frozen chicken, mixed vegetables, soup, and noodles in crock pot. Pepper to taste. Mix together Bisquick, milk, and Egg beaters, and pour on top of stuff in crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6+ hours. Noodles will cook and Bisquick will form a nice crust on top
