Grilled Chicken Kabobs
1 lb. uncooked boneless, skinless Chicken breasts 2 tsp. sesame oil dash garlic powder 1/4 c. soy sauce 1/8 tsp. ginger 2 TB honey
Mix soy sauce, honey, oil, garlic and ginger in small bowl. Microwave 30 seconds, stir, heat 30 seconds more. Cube chicken breast, Arrange in shallow dish and cover with marinade; refrigerate 15-30 mins.
Drain excess marinade. Place chicken on 8 skewers and grill 6 mins on each side or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Yield: 4 servings= 4 pts. each
