Bourbon Barbecued Shrimp
¼ c. A-1 steak sauce 3 TB light brown sugar, packed 3 TB cider vinegar 2 TB bourbon 3 TB ketchup 1 tsp. Hot sauce 1 lb. Medium shrimp
Mix steak sauce, vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, bourbon and pepper sauce in bowl. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Grill shrimp until lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Turn and cook, about 2 mins. Longer. Yield: 4 servings @ 4 points
