Beer But Chicken
Recipe By : Serving Size : 12 Preparation Categories : Main ------------- 5 lb whole chicken 12 oz light beer 2 tablespoons light butter -- melted 2 tablespoons seasonings pepper, red pepper, paprika, salt, garlic, etc.
Heat grill to Medium and set for indirect cooking
open beer and pour 1/2 can into an aluminum baking pan. add 1 tablespoon of butter to pan.
baste chicken with remianing butter and rub seasoning over chicken.
place chicken on can of beer in baking pan and grill, covered 1-1.5 hours.
