* Exported from MasterCook * Beef and Hashbrown Casserole Recipe By : Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 pound lean ground beef -- (95% cooked) 21 ounces 98% Fat Free Cream OF Celery -- (2 Cans) 1 can mushrooms 1 onion -- (diced) 5 cups hash browns, frozen 1/2 cup lowfat cheddar cheese 1 cup frozen peas Brown Ground Beef,Onions and mushrooms.Drain. Spray 9 x 13 pan with PAM. Sprinkle 2 cups hashbrowns in bottom of pan. Combine the beef,soup and peas.Spread mixture over hashbrowns. Sprinkle cheese over beef mixture. Top with 3 cups hashbrowns. Bake at 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes.Then broil for several minutes to brown, if desired.
