Shepherd's Pie
1 envelope onion soup, dry mix 2/3 pound baby carrots 2/3 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup 1 medium onion(s) 1 cup Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese 8 small uncooked red potato(es) 2 serving Brummel & Brown RF Butter spread with yogurt 16 oz 95% lean/5% fat raw ground beef
Instructions
Boil potatoes. Drain and mash. Mix in butter, finely chopped onion and 1/4 cup shredded cheese. Set aside.
Cook carrots until tender but firm. Drain and mash. Set aside.
Cook ground beef. Drain. Add ketchup and Onion soup mix, mashed carrots and remaining cheese.
Spread the ground beef mixture on bottom of baking dish. Top with mashed potatoes.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serves 8 for 5 WW points each.
