Chili Spaghetti Casserole 8 servings @ 6 pts Source: WW message board: Kelcut
8 oz uncooked spaghetti 1 medium onion(s) 1/4 tsp table salt 1/8 tsp black pepper 15 oz canned chili with beans 14 1/2 oz canned Italian style stewed tomatoes 1 1/2 cup Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1/2-cup fat-free sour cream 1 1/2 tsp chili powder 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1 pound 95% lean/5% fat raw ground beef
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 13x9 inch pan with cooking spray. Cook pasta according to pkg directions until al dente. Drain & place in prepared dish. Meanwhile, place meat & chopped onion in large skillet, sprinkle with salt & pepper. Brown meat & drain. Stir in vegetarian chili with beans, tomatoes with juice, 1-cup cheese, sour cream, chili powder & garlic powder. Add chili mixture to pasta; stir until pasta is well coated. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2-cup cheese. Cover tightly with foil & bake 30 minutes or until hot & bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
