Beef Noodle Shepards Pie

1 Pound Ground Beef, 95% Lean
1 1/2 Cups Hot Water
1 1/4 Ounces Onion Soup Mix -- (1 envelope)
1/2 Cup Elbow Macaroni

1 1/3 Cups Potato Flakes
1 1/3 Cups Water
1/2 Cup Skim Milk
2 Tablespoons Reduced-Calorie Margarine
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
2. In a medium skillet, brown beef over medium high heat and drain. Stir in water, soup mix and elbow macaroni; let simmer all together for 5 minutes.
3.In a Saucepan bring water and margerine to boil,remove from heat.Stir in Milk and Instant Potatoe Flakes untill potatoes are desired consistency.
4. Pour beef mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with potatoes.Sprinkle with desired seasonings.(salt,pepper,paprika,ect ect)
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes and serve hot.

As You can see I used instant potatoes for this recipe.This is also great with leftover mashed potatoes from the night b4 as well.
