Chicken Baked Ziti Recipe By : Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 12 ounces ziti pasta 1 teaspoon olive oil 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast 2 cloves garlic -- minced 1 whole red bell pepper, chopped 1 cup vidalia onion -- chopped 28 oz. canned crushed tomatoes 1 cup mozzarella cheese -- part skim milk -- shredded 1 cup Ragú Tomato & Basil Light Pasta Sauce Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta and drain. Heat oil in saucepan over medium, add chicken(cube) garlic,onion,and red pepper and saute 2 minutes.Cook untill Chicken is cooked through. Add oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper and cook 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and spagetti sauce and cook 5 minutes. Spoon small amount of mixture into bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Top with half of cooked pasta then layer with half chicken mixture and half of cheese. Repeat layers. Bake 30 minutes. .
