1 Pound Ground Beef, 95% lean
10 Ounces Rotel Diced Tomatos & Green Chilis
11 Ounces Mexican Style Corn
1/2 cup Onion -- (diced)
1/2 Package Taco Seasoning Mix
20 Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits
1/4 Cup Fat Free Mexican Mix Cheese -- (Shredded)
1/4 Cup Water
Preheat oven to 350.Spray a 9x13 baking dish with Non Stick Cooking Spray.Brown beef and onion together.Combine the Can of Rotel,Corn,Taco Seasoning and Water with the Beef and Onion.Add Beef Mixture to the 9x13.Top with the Cheese.Then place the biscuits(normally it works out to 5 rows of 4)over top of beef mixture.Cook for 20 minutes or untill Biscuits are lightly browned.
