Deep-Dish Pizza Casserole II

6 Sweet Red Pepper and Basil Chicken Sausage -- (diced)
1 Jar Ragú Tomato & Basil Light Pasta Sauce
1 Can Refrigerated Pizza Crust Dough
6 Ounces Part Skim Milk Mozzarella Cheese -- (shredded)
1/2 Cup Diced Onion
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Heat Diced Chicken Sausage in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Drain, if necessary, Add Pasta Sauce, and onions,cook until heated.
3.Coat a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Unroll pizza crust dough, and press into bottom and halfway up sides of baking dish. Top bottom of pizza crust with meat mixture.
4. Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees for 12 minutes. Top with cheese, and bake 5 minutes or until crust iss browned and cheese melts. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Yields: 6 servings.

NOTES : These are very generous serving sizes and very filling!!If you're one that doesn't like alot of sacue you could cut it down to 1 cup as this is quite saucy.
