Crab Puffs
1 cup water 1/2 cup butter or margarine 1 cup sifted flour 4 eggs Crab filling: 2 cups cooked crab or imitation crab 1/4 cup celery, minced 3 tablespoons grated onion 3 tablespoons mayonnaise Mix all crab filling mixture together and refrigerate. Bring water and butter or margarine to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour and stir vigorously over medium heat, until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat and beat eggs in, one at a time. Beat mixture until smooth. Drop by spoon onto ungreased baking sheet (about the size of a walnut). Bake at 400 degrees for about 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Cut off tops and scoop out the center of dough balls. Fill with crab filling, replace tops and refrigerate.
