Chicken Salad Wonton Stars
8 ounces fat-free cream cheese 3 tbls fat-free milk 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 cups cooked chicken breast 2 tbls green onions -- ,chopped 36 wonton wrappers butter cooking spray paprika
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese,milk, garlicsalt and pepper until smooth. Stir in chicken and greenonions; set aside. Spritez one side of each wonton wrapper with butter spray, press into mini muffin cups, butter side down. Bake at 350 degrees for 4-5 minutes or golden brown. Fill each with about 1 tbls. chicken salad. Bake 5 minutes longer. Sprinkle with paprika.
Yields-3 dozen
1 filled wonton = 46 calories- 1g fat, trace fiber
