One Serving of Calcium** =25% or more of the RDA (check the label) from a DAIRY source
For example:
1 grande (16 fl oz) cappuccino 2 cups cottage cheese 1 ½ oz hard or semi-soft cheese, any type 1 ½ - 2 oz natural cheese or 2 oz processed cheese 1 packet reduced-calorie dairy shake 1 tall (12 fl oz) latte 1 cup meal replacement/nutritional supplement drink 1 (12 fl oz) fast food milkshake 1 cup fat-free, sugar-free made with skim milk pudding 1 cup or 8 oz yogurt 1 cup milk Milk servings should come from dairy sources, not fortified drinks/foods.
